Warranty Coverage

Foniq Audio Canada warrants to you that the Foniq product (including components provided in/with such product) will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 2 (TWO) YEARS from the date of the retail purchase by you.

During the warranty period your purchased product will be repaired or replaced at Foniq Audio's option, or at Foniq Audio's sole option, the original purchase price of your product may be refunded, subject to depreciation based on your purchase price for your product pro-rated over the remaining balance of the warranty period.  Any warranty service or replacement of parts will not extend the warranty period.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM FONIQAUDIO.COM

For all Foniq products purchased from the official Foniq Audio online store (foniqaudio.com) please email us your claims request with the following information:

• Your First and Last name
• Your shipping address
• Date of purchase
• Description of problem

PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM FONIQ-AUTHORIZED RETAILER (online or brick & mortar store)

Please contact your selling retailer for your warranty claim requests.

Warranty Limitations

Your Foniq Audio warranty DOES NOT COVER defects which are a result of:

1. damage caused by accident, unreasonable use or neglect (including the lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance)
2. damage during shipment (claims must be made with the carrier)
3. damage to, or deterioration of, any accessory or decorative surface
4. damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in your owner's manual
5. damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone other than an authorized Foniq Audio service centre
6. deterioration of component parts, the nature of which is to become worn or depleted with use, such as batteries

Also, your Foniq Audio warranty covers only actual defects within the purchased product itself, and does not cover the cost of installation or removal from a fixed location, setup or adjustments,performance variations resulting from installation-related circumstances such as source quality or AC power or product modifications, any unit on which the serial number has been effaced, modified, or removed, or units used for other than home/personal use. 

This limited warranty is valid only for Foniq Audio products purchased from the official Foniq Audio online store (foniqaudio.com) or an authorized Foniq Audio retailer (online or brick & mortar store).
